What cookies are

Cookies are small files the website saves on your device to make it work or to remember some of your choices.

Technical cookies (always active, no consent required)

The website uses technical cookies, needed to:

  • keep your cart and complete the purchase (WooCommerce cookies, for example woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_*);
  • keep you logged in to the “My Account” area (WordPress cookies wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_*);
  • remember the choices made while signing up for a Trackday or a T4F Experience;
  • remember your cookie choice (t4f_consent, lasting 6 months).

These cookies are not used to profile you and expire when you close the browser or after a limited period. [TO BE CHECKED: final list and duration once the site is live.]

Statistics cookies (only with your consent)

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to find out, in aggregate form, how many people visit the site and which pages they view. Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*, lasting up to 2 years) are installed only if you accept the “Statistics” category. Google may also process data in the United States, on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Google's privacy notice: policies.google.com/privacy. [TO BE VERIFIED – Leonardo: measurement code (ID G-…) to be inserted in the production site.]

Marketing cookies (only with your consent)

We use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to show you relevant ads. Meta Pixel cookies (for example _fbp, lasting up to 3 months) are installed only if you accept the “Marketing” category. Meta may also process data in the United States, on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Meta's privacy notice: facebook.com/privacy/policy. [TO BE VERIFIED – Leonardo: Pixel ID to be inserted in the production site.]

The cookie banner and your choices

On your first visit the website shows a banner with "Accept", "Reject" and "Customise" buttons. Closing the banner with the X rejects all non-essential cookies, as required by the Italian Data Protection Authority's Guidelines. With "Customise" you can choose the "Statistics" and "Marketing" categories separately. Until you give consent, the Google Analytics and Meta Pixel scripts are not loaded. Your choice is remembered for 6 months; you can change it at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page.

External services

  • Fonts (Roboto): they are hosted on our own server. No data is sent to Google Fonts and no cookies are stored.
  • YouTube videos: videos are embedded in “enhanced privacy” mode (youtube-nocookie.com) of Google Ireland Ltd. In this mode YouTube does not set profiling cookies until you start the video; loading the player nevertheless transmits the IP address to Google. Google's privacy notice: policies.google.com/privacy.
  • WhatsApp: the button is a simple link. WhatsApp processes data only if you decide to open it.
  • PayPal and Revolut (also for card payments): when you choose these methods you are redirected to the provider's site, which uses its own cookies in accordance with its own privacy notice.

How to manage cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). If you block technical cookies, the cart and account login may not work.

For everything concerning personal data and your rights, see the Privacy Policy.
